Our RICS Chartered Surveyors can undertake Building Surveys as part of any property purchase or lease transaction. The Full Building Survey is a very detailed report, which includes the structure, fabric, finishes and grounds. EZ Design & Build can provide budget advice for repairs if required, and advise on all elements of building surveys, including technical due diligence, building construction, alterations, refurbishment, party walls, defect analysis and planned preventative maintenance. The survey will examine all parts of a property in detail, and if you wish, further specific areas can be looked at, such as the feasibility of adding an extension.
We know when to act quickly and when to take the necessary steps to ensure speed of deliver. We also advise throughout a project from architectural design to project coordination, CDM coordination and monitoring, as well as giving longer term advice on building conservation.
